Construction Requirement :

1. Clean the surface of gluing area by wiping off the dust , oil and water on the surface . If there ' s rust on the surface , please clean them up by metallic brush before gluing . Wipe the surface by organic solution like ethanol , acetone if necessary .

2. Insert sealant into caulking gun , screw nozzle on , cut the nozzle according to the need of size . Pierce the package of sealant through the nozzle with steel wire . Then apply the sealant to the construction joints . Do avoid contact with water .

3. Smoothing surface and decorations are doable during surface drying time . The area of high qualified need should stick masking tape on both two sides . Remove the tape after smoothing the surface . If you accidentally smear the non - construction site , wipe it off with a cotton cloth that contains alcohol .

Notice :

1. All sealants must be used up or tightly sealed after opening .

2.The best working temperature is 15-35 CThe best working humidity is 55%-75%RH.

3. Shelter the gluing area before cured in case of raining and exposing to the sun .

4, When working temperature is lower than 10° C or the flow speed does not meet the need , put the sealant into oven with 60℃ for 30 minutes

Shelf life :9 months ( sealed storage in dry environment at below 27"℃)
